Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from return due to the condition that the buyer put the product in after inspection, they cannot be refunded.

 

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

 

  • Any items that are not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.

Shipping

We carry out efficient ground freight with in cooperation with UFMCL, PostNL and FedEx/TNT Express. The shipping is accurate and reliable as you can confirm from some of the online reviews. We provide air freight for a certain period but it must be outside the EU and such packages are often registered as sealed or confidential to avoid any form of regular checks during delivery. Your security is our first priority and we keep all data private and secure and below is a brief summary of how delivery works.

This is how delivery works

The package is vacuum sealed and placed in a baby toy or an empty game box that will be delivered as a gift or delivery of a game.
Delivery is often overnight, so you will receive it the next day for Svenska Boende.
We have agents in the delivery agency who take care of our packages until they are delivered to our customers’ pick-up address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing repayments

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {info@safeheavenfirearms.com} and send your item to: {Near Starkville, MS 39759, USA}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you should mail the product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will accept your returned item.
